The Finding the Found Program is a personalized 4‑session, 1:1 life coaching journey designed to guide you through four gentle phases: Awareness, Alignment, Action, and Integration

 

Each phase builds upon the last, helping you understand yourself more deeply, release what holds you back, and step into a grounded, authentic way of living.

 

This unique 1:1 life coaching personalized service is designed to help you uncover what’s already within, creating space for clarity, emotional grounding, growth, and meaningful inner shift.

The 1:1 life coaching journey unfolds over four weeks, with one session each week. The time between sessions is intentionally spacious, giving you room to reflect, journal, and explore gentle practices that deepen your awareness. This rhythm allows insights to settle, emotions to shift naturally, and new ways of being to emerge with clarity and confidence.

 

Each session builds naturally on the last, helping you move from awareness to alignment, and from action to integration, at a pace that feels steady and respectful. The process is structured yet deeply personal, shaped by your unique experiences, challenges, and intentions. What we explore, and how we work together, is guided by you.

Sessions are available online and offline, with each session lasting 60 minutes.

 We begin by noticing what is present and becoming aware of the patterns, emotions, and narratives shaping your experience. This step is about slowing down enough to truly see what has been influencing your choices, often quietly and unconsciously. As you learn to observe rather than react, space opens up for clarity and compassion toward yourself. In this noticing, you reconnect with a deeper self-awareness that becomes the foundation for meaningful change.

 

 

 

Unlearn

 We explore what no longer serves you, gently loosening old beliefs and shifting the stories that keep you from accessing what has always been within you. Unlearning is not about erasing the past, but about releasing the weight that past experiences may still carry. You begin to understand the origins of these patterns, allowing you to meet them with openness rather than resistance. As these outdated narratives soften, you create room for more truthful, empowering ways of seeing yourself.
